Kathgodam to Glacier 243-kms.
After covering a trek of 8 kms, the route to Maiktoli Glacier meets the Sunderdhunga River at Sunderdhunga (3,206-kms). Further while walking towards Khati village up to Jaitoli, you will reach a spot from where the Maiktoli and the Mrigthuni glacier can easily be reached.

Source of the river flowing on the steep slope for about 25-km before joining the Pindar River at Dhakuri meadows.
